What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of general liability and auto defence matters
• Draft motions, discovery responses and coverage position letters
• Take and defend depositions
• Provide regular status reporting to carrier claims adjusters
• Attend mediations and, where necessary, trial

What we're looking for

• Admitted to practice in Georgia, 3-6 years litigation experience
• Insurance defence background strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload with carrier reporting requirements
• Strong writing and courtroom presence
