These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prospectus Careers (the "Site"), operated by Prospectus Careers Ltd. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
The Site aggregates and publishes job listings in the insurance, law and finance sectors and provides a form through which you can apply directly to a listed role. We are not the employer for any role listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.

4. Job applications
When you submit an application through the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with the employer or recruiter associated with that listing. We are not responsible for how an employer subsequently uses your data once shared, though we require reasonable data handling practices from listing partners.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it is your own information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Site without our written permission
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems
- Use the Site to post or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
6. Advertising
The Site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of advertisers. Interactions with any advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and original content are owned by Prospectus Careers Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job listing content may be owned by the respective employer or partner.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of the Site will result in a job offer, interview, or any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospectus Careers Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any hiring decision, employment outcome, or third-party advertiser conduct.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
