What you'll do

• Investigate coverage and cause of loss on residential property claims
• Inspect damage on-site and prepare accurate scope and estimate documentation
• Negotiate settlements directly with policyholders and contractors
• Maintain a caseload within service-level targets for cycle time
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately

What we're looking for

• State adjuster license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• 1-2 years claims, construction or insurance experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license for field inspections
• Clear written communication for claim file documentation
